The proprietary PALS Shock Cord Anchor allows 1” ITW Nexus GhillieTex Side Release buckles to be run off a standard PALS loop as an alternative to conventional webbing straps. The applications include horizontal stabilization and attachment of light packs or chest rigs on MOLLE surfaced armor. The webbing “anchor” slides under 1” PALS webbing and has loops at either end to support shock cord. Heavy duty elastic cord keeps gear under constant elastic tension eliminating the need to make adjustments when donning or dropping gear. Interchangeable, two piece body/ latch buckle sets are included to ensure compatibility with different buckle orientations.
